Changed Your Mind?

If you are a consumer and have purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order and return eligible products in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or return your order.

Return Condition

Returned products should be unused, uninstalled and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components included.

Please do not install or use equipment that you intend to return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, details of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us before arranging a return. Depending on the circumstances, troubleshooting or inspection may be required before a return, replacement or other resolution can be arranged.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds
